This fab JC Works Mini Cooper had attracted just the wrong kind of attention! Adorning the stunning unblemished black paintwork was this significant key scratch, just above the rear wheel arch....
Repair Procedure
Sometimes it's possible to "rub out" vandal damage with various grades of wet and dry papers, and then smooth the area with primers prior to respraying. On this occasion however, it seemed the key scratch was just a little too deep to do that. We used very fine fillers to literally build the scratch up until it had no depth left to fill.
